Golf Outing at Olmos Basin

Begin the NPRRA conference with a day on the green at the popular Olmos Basin Golf Course. Located just north of downtown San Antonio off Highway 281, this 18-hole, par-72 course is the most-played course on the Alamo City Golf Trail. Originally designed by George Hoffman in 1963 and freshly renovated in 2021, Olmos Basin features tree-lined fairways, a winding creek, and has hosted numerous City Amateur Championships as well as the LPGA's Alamo Ladies Open.

Self-Transport | $125 Make your own way to the course. Olmos Basin is located at 7022 McCullough Ave, just a short drive north of the hotel. This ticket includes your round of golf, lunch and two drink tickets.  

Shuttle Included | $150 Leave the driving to us. This ticket includes your round of golf, lunch, two drink tickets, plus round-trip shuttle service between the Hilton Palacio del Rio and the course, so you can relax and enjoy the ride.

Old Town Trolley Tour

Explore the best of San Antonio aboard the iconic Old Town Trolley! This hop-on, hop-off narrated tour features 13 stops and over 100 points of interest, including The Alamo, the River Walk, the Pearl District, the Japanese Tea Garden, Historic Market Square, and the UNESCO World Heritage Missions. Sit back in climate-controlled, stadium-style seating while entertaining and knowledgeable conductors bring the Alamo City's rich history to life. Tour at your own pace — the full loop takes about 90 minutes, or hop off and explore along the way.

"Meat Me" in Lockhart BBQ Excursion

"Loosen your belt" and join us for a self-guided BBQ crawl through Lockhart, Texas, the official BBQ Capital of Texas! This legendary town is home to some of the most iconic smokehouses in the state. You'll sample your way through stops like Kreuz Market, Black's BBQ (the oldest continuously family-owned BBQ joint in Texas since 1932), Smitty's Market, and more, with a sweet finish at The Culinary Room for their world-famous banana pudding. In between bites, explore Lockhart's charming downtown, antique shops, and historic Caldwell County Courthouse.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancel by September 9 for a 50% refund. Optional activities: $25 or 50% fee (whichever is less).
No refunds after September 9—substitutions allowed.
